System and Method for Processing Information

A bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device configured to receive exercise regimen data, the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device comprised of:

• i. One or more processors;
• ii. A bio-metric security sensor integrated within the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device configured to detect a physical characteristic of a person;
• iii. Communication circuitry configured for wireless communications with a remote processing device and at least one of a exercise machine and a biological monitoring device;
• iv. Memory, disposed within the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device, associated with one or more processors and configured to store software instructions, which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
• a. Obtain, from the bio-metric security sensor, a bio-metric input associated with the user of the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device and store the bio-metric input in memory associated with a processor located within the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device wherein the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device software is configured to use the bio-metric input to protect at least one of user biological data and exercise regimen data of the user that is received by the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device;
• b. Establish a first wireless communications link when coming into proximity with at least one of a exercise machine and a biological monitoring device;
• c. Obtain at least one of exercise machine data, user workout performance data, and user biological data on at least one of a continuous and semi-continuous basis from a memory location associated with at least one of the exercise machine and the biological monitoring device;
• d. Process at least one of the exercise machine data, the user workout performance data, and the user biological data wherein the processing of the exercise machine data and user workout data includes generating resultant data, wherein the generated resultant data includes at least one of encrypted exercise regimen data, encrypted user biological data, graphical data responsive to the generated resultant data, and non-graphical data responsive to the generated resultant data;
• e. Store at least one of the processed exercise machine data, processed user workout performance data, processed user biological data, and generated resultant data in memory associated with at least one processor located within the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device;
• f. Establish a second wireless communications link, with a remote processing device, wherein the second wireless communication link is used by the bio-metrically secure handheld mobile device software to upload at least one of the processed exercise machine data, processed user workout performance data, processed user biological data, and generated resultant data to the remote processing device.
