Distributed darlington pair amplifier

A distributed amplifier device, comprising:

• a plurality of distributed amplifier cells, respectively, comprising an input coupled to an input line and an output coupled to an output line;
• a radio frequency input coupled to the input line;
• and
• a radio frequency output coupled to the output line, wherein:
• at least one of the plurality of distributed amplifier cells comprises a Darlington transistor pair;
• the Darlington transistor pair comprises a common drain transistor and a common source transistor;
• and
• the common drain transistor comprises a gate width of a first size and the common source transistor comprises a gate width of a second size.

A distributed amplifier device, comprising:

• at least one distributed amplifier cell in a distributed amplifier, the at least one distributed amplifier cell comprising an input, an output, and a Darlington transistor pair, wherein:
• the Darlington transistor pair comprises a common drain transistor and a common source transistor;
• and
• the common drain transistor comprises a gate width of a first size and the common source transistor comprises a gate width of a second size.
