Abstract
A method of producing a wavelength converting member is provided. The method includes forming a quantum dot layer on a bottom organic layer, and forming a top organic layer on the quantum dot layer. The quantum dot layer includes quantum dots. A moisture vapor transmission rate of the top organic layer and the bottom organic layer is at least 0.006 (g/m2·day) and less than 9 (g/m2·day).

A method of producing a wavelength converting member, the method comprising:
- forming a quantum dot layer including quantum dots on a bottom organic layer;
- and
- forming a top organic layer on the quantum dot layer,
- wherein a moisture vapor transmission rate of the top organic layer and the bottom organic layer is at least 0.006 (g/m2·day) and less than 9 (g/m2·day).

A method of producing a wavelength converting member, the method comprising:
- applying a quantum dot layer including quantum dots on a bottom resin layer;
- and
- abutting a top resin layer on the quantum dot layer,
- wherein a moisture vapor transmission rate of the top resin layer and the bottom resin layer is at least 0.006 (g/m2·day) and less than 9 (g/m2·day).
