Abstract
An electronic device of the technology includes: a plurality of first wiring patterns that are electrically coupled to each other partially, and each extend in a first direction; an organic insulating layer that is provided on the first wiring patterns; and a second wiring pattern that is provided on the organic insulating layer.
Claims6
A display device comprising:
- a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form, at least one of the plurality of pixels including:
- a sampling transistor having a gate electrode, a channel region, a first terminal and a second terminal, the gate electrode of the sampling transistor electrically connected to a first scanning line, the first terminal of the sampling transistor electrically connected to a signal line;
- a driving transistor having a gate electrode, a channel region, a first terminal and a second terminal, the first terminal electrically connected to a voltage line;
- and
- a capacitor having a first electrode and a second electrode, and the first electrode electrically connected to the gate electrode of the driving transistor;
- wherein the first scanning line extends to a first direction,
- the signal line extends to a second direction perpendicular to the first direction,
- the first scanning line is disposed at a first layer,
- the signal line is disposed at a second layer different from the first layer,
- the channel region, the first terminal and the second terminal of the driving transistor, and the channel region, the first terminal and the second terminal of the sampling transistor are disposed at a third layer different from the first and the second layer,
- the first layer is disposed between the second layer and the third layer, and
- an interlayer insulating layer is disposed between the first layer and the second layer.
