Abstract
A method for manufacturing a shoe part includes: the first mixing step, the standing step, the second mixing step, the setting step, and the hot press forming step. The invention mainly uses the waste coffee grounds material as raw material to manufacture the shoe part. In addition to the aroma of coffee, the shoes have the functions of deodorization and dehumidification while being worn by the user, thereby achieving multiple objectives of environmentally friendly materials, low cost, strong structure and environmentally friendly after-use treatment.
Claims8
A method for manufacturing a shoe part, comprising:
- a first mixing step including:
- mixing a coffee grounds material with a porous material in a stirring manner to form a porous structure with coffee aroma;
- a standing step including:
- leaving the porous structure to stand for a period of time in units of hours;
- a second mixing step including:
- adding a rubber material, the rubber material covers the porous structure and is provided with a plurality of pores for the coffee aroma to penetrate, so as to form a shoe part filling material ;
- a setting step including:
- injecting the shoe part filling material into a shoe material mold;
- and
- a hot press forming step including:
- pressurizing and heating the shoe material mold to form the shoe part.
