A salt comprising a silicon-containing phosphate anion of formula (1) below:
- wherein R1 to R4 are each independently an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 2 to 8.
A silicon-containing phosphoric acid ester of formula below
- wherein R1 to R4 are each independently an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 2 to 8.
