Embodiments of the adjustable clamps having a curved body having an inner surface, an outer surface, a first side section, a second side section, a middle section, a recess, and a bore to receive a fastener to compress, or expand the adjustable clamps are presented herein. Other embodiments and related methods are also disclosed herein.

An adjustable clamp comprising:
- a clamp body comprising:
- a front surface, a back surface, an outer flat surface, an inner flat surface, a first half, and a second half;
- wherein a centerline axis separates the first half from the second half;
- wherein the centerline axis of the clamp extends through an aperture, a slit, a recess, and a bore;
- wherein the clamp body is generally A-frame shaped.
