Abstract
A container including a plurality of side walls connected to form a tubular structure. A lid is provided for covering a top opening of the tubular structure. The lid includes a separate compartment with a bag dispenser therein, and the compartment is accessible for dispensing a bag while the lid is in contact a top edge of the tubular structure. A base is provided at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure.

A container comprising:
- a plurality of side walls connected to form a tubular structure;
- a lid for covering a top opening of the tubular structure,
- wherein the lid comprises a separate compartment with a bag dispenser therein, the compartment being accessible for dispensing a bag while the lid is in contact with a top edge of the plurality of side walls;
- and
- a base at or near a bottom opening of the tubular structure.
