Heat conductive sheet and multilayered heat conductive sheet

A heat radiation sheet having a graphite sheet,

• wherein the heat radiation sheet includes
• a bent part, and
• a first heat radiation part and a second heat radiation part coupled to each other through the bent part and overlapping each other in a perpendicular direction to a principal surface of the graphite sheet, and
• wherein there are provided, between the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part,
• a first adhesive layer that adheres the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part to each other, and
• a first non-adhesive area that does not adhere the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part to each other.

A heat conductive sheet comprising a heat radiation sheet including

• a graphite sheet, and
• a first protective film provided on one surface side of the graphite sheet,
• wherein the heat radiation sheet includes
• a bent part, and
• a first heat radiation part and a second heat radiation part coupled to each other through the bent part and overlapping each other.

A heat conductive sheet comprising:

• a first heat radiation part formed by sandwiching and pasting a first graphite sheet by a first protective film and a second protective film;
• and
• a second heat radiation part formed by sandwiching and pasting a second graphite sheet by a third protective film and a fourth protective film,
• wherein an end part of the first heat radiation part and an end part of the second heat radiation part are adhered to each other by a first adhesive layer,
• wherein another end part of the first heat radiation part and another end part of the second heat radiation part are connected by a connecting member having a larger elongation rate than the first heat radiation part and the second heat radiation part, and
• wherein a first non-adhesive area is provided between the first adhesive layer and the connecting member.

A heat conductive sheet,

• wherein a first graphite sheet and a second graphite sheet overlap each other,
• wherein an end part of the first graphite sheet and an end part of the second graphite sheet are adhered to each other by a first adhesive layer,
• wherein another end part of the first graphite sheet and another end part of the second graphite sheet are connected by a connecting member having a larger elongation rate than the first graphite sheet and the second graphite sheet, and
• wherein a first non-adhesive area is provided between the first adhesive layer and the connecting member.
