Abstract
A wearable device includes sensors, at least one of which being provided on the front side and the back side 1b respectively, and a single controller that controls the sensors. The boundary between the front side and the back side includes first seamed portions and second seamless portions. Some of the wires are disposed on the front side and the back side across the second seamless portions on the boundary between the front side and the back side so as to electrically couple the sensors provided on the front side and the back side 1b to the controller.
Claims6
An upper-body wearable device having wires disposed on a fabric having a front side and a back side, the wearable device comprising:
- electronic components, as least one of which being disposed on the front side and on the back side, respectively;
- and
- a single controller configured to control the electronic components,
- wherein:
- a boundary between the front and back sides of the fabric includes a first seamed portion and a second seamless portion, and
- one or more of the wires are disposed on the front and back sides across the second seamless portion on the boundary so as to electrically couple the electronic components disposed on the front and back sides to the controller.
A paper pattern for producing an upper-body wearable device, the wearable device including a fabric having a front side and a back side, wires disposed on the fabric, electronic components at least one of which being disposed on the front side and on the back side, and a single controller configured to control the electronic components, one or more of the wires being disposed on the front and back sides across a boundary between the front and back sides so as to electrically couple the electronic components disposed on the front and back sides to the controller,
- wherein:
- at least a part of the paper pattern corresponding to the boundary between the front and back sides of the fabric is continuous.
