Photosensitive composition, image forming method, film forming method, resin, image, and film

A photosensitive composition containing:

• a resin which includes a structural unit A represented by Formula (1) or (2) and a structural unit B represented by Formula (3), (4), or (5);
• and
• a radically polymerizable monomer,
• wherein, in Formula (1), R11 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R12, R13, and R14 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group, which may be substituted with a halogen atom and contain an oxygen atom, a hydrogen atom, or a hydroxyl group, L represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, X1 represents a —O— group or a —NR15— group, and R15 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group,
• in Formula (2), R21 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R22 represents a hydrocarbon group, which may be substituted with a halogen atom and contain an oxygen atom, a hydrogen atom, or a hydroxyl group, R23 and R24 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group, which may be substituted with a halogen atom and contain an oxygen atom, a hydrogen atom, or a hydroxyl group or R23 and R24 are integrated to represent an oxygen atom, L2 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, X2 represents a —O— group or a —NR25— group, and R25 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group,
• in Formula (3), R31 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, L3 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group, and Cy1 represents a hydrocarbon group which may contain an oxygen atom and has a cyclic structure,
• in Formula (4), R41 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R42 and R43 each independently represent a hydrocarbon group which may contain an oxygen atom, or a hydrogen atom, and R42 and R43 may be bonded to each other and form a ring, and
• in Formula (5), R51 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R52 and R53 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, and R52 and R53 may be bonded to each other and form a ring,
• wherein the total content of the structural unit A and the structural unit B in the resin is 80% by mass or greater based on the total amount of the resin, and
• the content of the radically polymerizable monomer is 50% by mass or greater based on the total amount of the photosensitive composition.
