A method for obtaining a monoclonal antibody that recognizes an amino acid sequence that comprises a sequence with at least an 80% identity with the sequence SEQ ID NO:
- 1, comprising:
- a. obtaining previously extracted serum from a non-human animal immunized with a recombinant protein comprising an amino acid sequence that comprises a peptide with at least an 80% identity with the sequence SEQ ID NO:
- 1;
- b. obtaining a hybridoma from the serum of step a) which generates specific monoclonal antibodies against an amino acid sequence comprising a sequence with at least an 80% identity with SEQ ID NO:
- 1.
