Abstract
The present disclosure provides a mutated form of AP4 that is more resistant to degradation relative to wild-type AP4. The disclosure also provides T cells expressing the mutated form of AP4 and methods of using the T cells in adoptive cellular immunotherapy.
Claims18
A composition comprising T cells, wherein the T cells express AP4 and wherein the AP4 comprises a S139 mutation relative to SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and exhibits increased stability relative to wild-type AP4 and induces T cell proliferation.
-17. (canceled)
A method to improve adoptive cellular immunotherapy in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutic composition comprising T cells, wherein the T cells express AP4 and wherein the AP4 comprises a S139 mutation relative to SEQ ID NO:1 and exhibits increased stability relative to wild-type AP4 and induces T cell proliferation.
A method to reduce tumor growth in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutic composition comprising T cells, wherein the T cells express AP4 and wherein the AP4 comprises a S139 mutation relative to SEQ ID NO:1 and exhibits increased stability relative to wild-type AP4 and induces T cell proliferation.
