Substituted 3-dialkylaminomethyl-piperidin-4-yl-benzamides and methods of making and using same

A compound of formula (I):

• wherein:
• L is selected from the group consisting of —(CZ1Z2)-, —(CZ1Z2-CZ1Z2)-, and —(CZ1Z2-CZ1Z2-CZ1Z2)-;
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, and substituted C1-C6 alkyl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl and ethyl;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl;
• R5 is selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of H and C1-C6 alkyl;
• each occurrence of Z1 and Z2 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluoro, and methyl;
• X is selected from the group consisting of S, O, and N—R7;
• each occurrence of R is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl, substituted C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, substituted C2-C6 alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted C2-C6 alkynyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, —COOR7, and carboxamide;
• or -L-R1 combine to form H, C1-C6 alkyl, or substituted C1-C6 alkyl;
• each occurrence of p is independently selected from the group consisting of 0, 1, and 3;
• and
• each occurrence of R7 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C6 alkyl;
• or a salt, solvate, enantiomer, diastereoisomers and/or tautomer thereof, and any mixtures thereof.
