A sport training machine including a machine base and at least one handle is disclosed. Wherein, the at least one handle is pivotally connected to the machine base; the at least one handle is pivotable between a first position and a second position, and the at least one handle has a grip for a user to hold; when the at least one handle is moved from the first position to the second position, a displacement of the grip in a first direction X is ΔX, and a displacement of the grip in a second direction Y perpendicular to the first direction X is ΔY, which satisfies the following condition: ΔX<ΔY. With the above design, it enables the user to perform upper limb stretching exercise or training sports.
