A kit for treating a subject having a pulmonary disorder comprising:
- at least one container;
- and
- at least one agent capable of modulating PTPN13 comprising one or more cytokine compositions.
A method for treating a subject having cancer comprising:
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of an agent capable of associating with PTPN13 to the subject and modulating PTPN13 expression or activity in the subject, wherein modulating the PTPN13 expression or activity in the subject treats the cancer in the subject.
A method for reducing scarring in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
- administering a therapeutically effective amount of an agent capable of associating with PTPN13 to the subject and modulating PTPN13 expression or activity in the subject, wherein modulating the PTPN13 expression or activity in the subject reduces scarring in the subject.
A method for modulating tyrosine phosphatase in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition capable of associating with the tyrosine phosphatase and modulating tyrosine phosphatase expression or activity in the subject.
