A method for producing x-ray markers, the method comprising:
- providing a material layer;
- precutting at least one region of the material layer forming the x-ray marker to be produced, such that the at least one region is connected via at least one web, which forms a predetermined breaking point, to a part of the material layer surrounding the at least one region.
An x-ray marker, comprising:
- an edge of the x-ray marker having two edge portions;
- a section disposed between said two edge portions, said section being arranged such that a contact face of a breaking point severed in order to produce the x-ray marker lies further inward than said two edge portions, of the x-ray marker between which said section is disposed.
A semifinished product for producing an x-ray marker, the semifinished product comprising:
- a material layer having at least one pre-cut region defining the x-ray marker to be produced;
- said region being connected to a part of said material layer surrounding said region by way of a web that extends along an extension direction and forms a predetermined breaking point.
