## Abstract

The present invention relates to a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape excellent in good balance of both flame retardance and pressure-sensitive adhesive properties, comprising a layer structure of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I), a substrate, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) in this order, in which a proportion (Y/X) of a thickness (X) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) and a thickness (Y) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) is more than 1.00 and less than 2.00.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, comprising a layer structure of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I), a substrate, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) in this order,
wherein a proportion (Y/X) of a thickness (X) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) and a thickness (Y) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) is more than 1.00 and less than 2.00.

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 1,
wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) are constituted of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic resin (A).

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 2,
wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition further contains a crosslinker (B).

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 1,
wherein at least one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) contains a flame retardant (C).

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 4,
wherein 90% or more of a total mass of the flame retardant (C) is contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II).

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 4,
wherein the flame retardant (C) is contained only in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II).

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 4,
wherein the flame retardant (C) is a halogen-free flame retardant.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 1,
wherein the substrate is a substrate containing a flat yarn cloth.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to claim 1, which is used for fixing aircraft parts.
