## Abstract

A method for the production of a sports glove, especially of a goal keeper's glove. To improve the wearing comfort of the sports glove the method provides the steps: a) Providing of a laminar carrier substrate; b) Deposition of a plurality of discreet material sections of a foamed plastic material onto at least one side of the carrier substrate; c) Production of at least a section of the sports glove by use of the carrier substrate with the material sections produced according to step b).

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for the production of a sports glove, especially of a goal keeper's glove, wherein it comprises the steps:
a) Providing of a laminar carrier substrate;
b) Deposition of a plurality of discreet material sections of a foamed plastic material onto both sides of the carrier substrate;
c) Production of at least a section of the sports glove by use of the carrier substrate with the material sections produced according to step b).

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the deposition of the material sections takes place by rolling of an applicator roll on the carrier substrate.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein after carrying out of step b) and prior carrying out of step c) a coating is applied onto the carrier substrate and the material sections, wherein the coating material is preferably paint.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein a textile material, a microfiber material or a leather material is used as laminar carrier substrate, especially such a material made from a fiber of block copolymer with the components polyurethane and polyethylene glycol (elastane) and/or of polyester.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the laminar carrier substrate has an anisotropic behaviour in two directions which are perpendicular to another with respect to its stress-strain properties.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the material sections consist of polyurethane or comprise this material.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method according to claim 6, wherein a further material is mixed into the polyurethane, especially a rubber material, especially natural rubber, or paraffin.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the material sections are at least in sections equally distributed material dots on the surface of the carrier substrate.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the material sections have the shape of spherical caps, cones and/or pyramids, especially with rhomb-shaped base.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the material sections have a height above the carrier substrate, which is between 0.5 mm and 5 mm.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the distance of the material sections is between 1.0 mm and 10 mm, preferably between 1.5 mm and 5 mm.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the distance of the material sections and/or their height above the surface of the carrier substrate is constant.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the distance of the material sections and/or their height above the surface of the carrier substrate is variable, so that regions of material sections with higher concentration and/or height are formed on the carrier substrate.
