Abstract
Provided herein are compounds of the formula (I) as well as pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the substituents are as those disclosed in the specification. These compounds, and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them, are useful for the treatment of cancer.

A compound according to formula (I):
- wherein:
- R1 is—a monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group or a monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl group, said aryl and heteroaryl groups optionally substituted independently with alkoxy, O-phenyl, phenyl, —CH2NHC(O)-phenyl, —CH2NHC(O)C═C-phenyl or —CH═CH-phenyl-CH2NHCH2CH2-1H-indol-3-ylmethyl;
- or
- a lower alkyl or alkenyl group, optionally substituted with phenyl;
- and
- R2 is an alkyl or alkenyl group, optionally substituted with —CF3 or cycloalkyl,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
