Systems and methods for networks during multi-regional roaming of mobiles

A network computing device hosting a regional network, the network computing device comprising a processor, the processor executing instructions to cause the processor to:

• create a global network key;
• provide the global network key to a module configured to receive a module identification and an access code from a provisioning server having no communication with the regional network;
• receive a request from a module to join the regional network, the request comprising the module identification and the access code, the request encrypted with the global network key provided by the network computing device hosting the regional network;
• recreate, based on the encrypted request, the module identification and the access code;
• determine permission of the module to access the regional network based on by verifying a link between the recreated module identification and the recreated access code;
• create, in response to determining the link, an encryption key for the module to use when sending data on the regional network, the encryption key unique to the regional network;
• provide, to the module, regulatory information causing the module to comply with the regulatory information when sending the data;
• and
• decrypt the data sent from the module based on the encrypted key.

The network computing device of 16, further configured to:

• create a second encryption key for the module to use when sending second data on the
• second regional network, the second encryption key unique to the second regional network;
• provide, to the module, second regulatory information causing the module to comply with the second regulatory information when sending the second data;
• and
• decrypt the second sent data from the module based on the second encrypted key.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, the instructions for controlling a computer system to perform operations comprising:

• creating, by a network computing device hosting a regional network, a global network
• providing, by the network computing device, the global network key to a module configured to receive a module identification and an access code from a provisioning server having no communication with the regional network;
• receiving, by the network computing device, a request from a module to join the regional network, the request comprising the module identification and the access code, the request encrypted with the global network key provided by the network computing device hosting the regional network;
• recreating, by the network computing device and based on the encrypted request, the module identification and the access code;
• determining, by the network computing device, permission of the module to access the regional network by verifying a link between the recreated module identification and the recreated access code;
• creating, by the network computing device and in response to determining the link, an encryption key for the module to use when sending data on the regional network, the encryption key unique to the regional network;
• providing, by the network computing device and to the module, regulatory information causing the module to comply with the regulatory information when sending the data;
• and
• decrypting, by the network computing device, the data sent from the module based on the encrypted key.
