Abstract
Provided is a thin film which has an infrared absorbance of at least 0, but less than 0.100, as measured using a p-polarized light method.
Claims29
A thin film having an infrared absorbance, as measured by the p-polarization method, of less than 0.100.
A method for producing an energy storage device electrode, comprising the steps of, in order:
- forming an undercoat layer by applying an undercoat layer-forming composition onto a current-collecting substrate and drying the applied composition,
- measuring the infrared absorbance of the undercoat layer by the p-polarization method, and
- forming an active material layer on at least part of a surface of the undercoat layer.
A method for evaluating the thickness of an undercoat layer, comprising the steps of, in order:
- forming an undercoat layer by applying an undercoat layer-forming composition onto a current-collecting substrate and drying the applied composition, and
- measuring the infrared absorbance of the undercoat layer by the p-polarization method.
