Abstract
According to one embodiment, an operation estimating method comprises presetting a plurality of operation candidates to be estimated, acquiring acceleration data from an activity meter worn by a person being measured, calculating estimated probabilities of the operation candidates from the acquired acceleration data, selecting an operation candidate corresponding to a maximum probability from the calculated estimated probabilities, as an estimated operation, and correcting the estimated operation in consideration of a past operation performance when the maximum probability of the estimated probabilities is lower than a predetermined value.
Claims7
An operation estimating method comprising:
- presetting a plurality of operation candidates to be estimated;
- acquiring acceleration data from an activity meter worn by a person being measured;
- calculating estimated probabilities of the operation candidates from the acquired acceleration data;
- selecting an operation candidate corresponding to a maximum probability from the calculated estimated probabilities, as an estimated operation;
- and
- correcting the estimated operation in consideration of a past operation performance when the maximum probability of the estimated probabilities is lower than a predetermined value.
An operation estimating system comprising:
- an activity meter data processing unit;
- and
- a data storage unit, wherein
- a time interval that is a unit of operation estimation is set in the activity meter data processing unit and the data storage unit;
- the activity meter data processing unit includes an activity meter data operation identification unit and an activity meter data operation determination unit;
- the data storage unit includes an activity meter data storage unit, an operation waveform data storage unit and an operation performance storage unit;
- a plurality of operation candidates to be estimated are preset in the operation performance storage unit;
- reference acceleration data is stored in the operation waveform data storage unit for each of the operation candidates;
- a continuous shift frequency between different operation candidates is defined as an occurrence frequency in a past performance of a person being measured;
- the occurrence frequency is stored in the operation performance storage unit;
- an activity meter data collection unit worn by the person being measured acquires acceleration data;
- the activity meter data operation identification unit compares the acquired acceleration data and the reference acceleration data to calculate estimated probabilities of the operation candidates and selects an operation candidate corresponding to a maximum probability from the calculated estimated probabilities, as an estimated operation;
- and
- the activity meter data operation determination unit corrects the estimated operation in consideration of data stored in the operation performance storage unit when the maximum probability of the estimated probabilities is lower than a predetermined value.
