Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires information on waiting for receiving a specific service; and a display control unit that displays an image of a virtual person, based on the information on waiting, in a case where a real place or apparatus managed in association with the specific service is recognized.

- an acquisition unit that acquires information on waiting in line for receiving a specific service;
- and
- a display control unit that displays an image of a virtual person, based on the information on waiting in line, in a case where a real place or apparatus managed in association with the specific service is recognized.
An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a detection unit that detects a user who recognizes an apparatus of the user associated with a specific service;
- an acquisition unit that acquires information on waiting in line for receiving the specific service;
- and
- a notifying unit that notifies a terminal associated with the user of the information on waiting in line.
