Abstract
A dielectric based metasurface hologram device includes: a substrate layer provided at a lowermost portion of the dielectric based metasurface hologram device; and a dielectric layer forming a geometric metasurface on the substrate layer. The substrate layer includes a plurality of unit cells which are continuous, and the dielectric layer includes a plurality of nano-structures which are disposed with a predetermined distance therebetween. The single nano-structure is disposed on the unit cell, and a hologram image is formed when an incident light from a light source is reflected by the nano-structure so that a phase of the light is controlled.

A dielectric based metasurface hologram device comprising:
- a substrate layer provided at a lowermost portion of the dielectric based metasurface hologram device;
- and
- a dielectric layer forming a geometric metasurface on the substrate layer,
- wherein the substrate layer includes a plurality of unit cells which are continuous, and the dielectric layer includes a plurality of nano-structures which are disposed with a predetermined distance therebetween,
- wherein the single nano-structure is disposed on the unit cell, and
- wherein a hologram image is formed when an incident light from a light source is reflected by the nano-structure so that a phase of the light is controlled.
A manufacturing method of a dielectric based metasurface hologram device comprising:
- forming a substrate layer at a lowermost portion of the dielectric based metasurface hologram device;
- stacking a dielectric layer including a geometric metasurface at the substrate layer;
- and
- forming at the dielectric layer a plurality of nano-structures which have a predetermined angle with respect to a predetermined direction and control a phase by reflecting incident light from a light source,
- wherein the predetermined direction is a direction where a phase difference with respect to the incident light is zero.
