Abstract
A sensor unit includes a shaft having a hollow portion and a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft. A motor unit can include the sensor unit and a drive motor. A vehicle can include the motor unit. A drive motor can be a traction motor that generates a traction drive force for the vehicle, for example.
Claims8
A sensor unit comprising:
- a shaft including a hollow portion;
- and
- a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft.
A motor unit comprising:
- a sensor unit comprising a shaft including a hollow portion, and a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft;
- and
- a drive motor, wherein
- the shaft of the sensor unit is an output shaft of the motor unit.
A vehicle comprising the motor unit comprising the sensor unit comprising a shaft including a hollow portion;
- and a torque sensor that is arranged inside the hollow portion and detects torsional torque acting on the shaft from inside the shaft;
- and a drive motor, the shaft of the sensor unit being an output shaft of the motor unit, wherein
- the drive motor is a traction motor that generates a traction drive force of the vehicle or a generator that generates power based on a drive force of an internal combustion engine of the vehicle.
A vehicle comprising:
- a rotational drive source;
- a wheel;
- and
- a torque transmission shaft that transmits torque from the rotational drive source to the wheel, wherein
- the torque transmission shaft includes a hollow portion, and
- the vehicle includes a torque sensor arranged inside the hollow portion.
