- R1 is selected from hydroxyl;
- R2 is selected from the substituted 5 to 6 membered monocyclic heteroaryl having 1 to 2 heteroatom(s) independently selected from nitrogen and oxygen;
- or
- when X is —NH;
- R3 is independently selected from monosubstituted phenyl or disubstituted phenyl, wherein the substituent for phenyl is halogen;
- hydroxyl;
- C1-C6 alkyl;
- C1-C6 alkoxy;
- n is an integer selected from 0 to 3.
