Abstract
The present disclosure relates generally to methods for the integration of electrochromic films onto a substrate, such as a glass window, and the systems/structures formed via such methods.
Claims20
An electrochromic film comprising:
- a first substrate disposed on a bottom surface of the electrochromic film;
- a first transparent electrically conductive film disposed on an interior surface of the first substrate;
- a second substrate disposed on a top surface of the electrochromic film opposite the first substrate;
- a second transparent electrically conductive film disposed on an interior surface of the second substrate;
- a layer of electrochromic material disposed between the first transparent electrically conductive film and the second transparent electrically conductive film;
- a charge storage layer disposed on an interior surface of the second transparent electrically conductive film;
- and
- an electrolyte layer disposed between the layer of electrochromic material and the charge storage layer.
