Abstract
A housing included in a home appliance and used as a decorative housing is shaped like an inverted tray and includes a figure layer, a non-woven cloth layer bonded to the figure layer via a bonding resin layer, and a substrate resin layer fixed to the figure layer while infiltrating gaps between fibers in the non-woven cloth layer. A predetermined cutout pattern is formed on a colored coating film applied to a front surface of the non-woven cloth layer.
Claims20
A decorative housing, comprising:
- a decorative layer;
- a non-woven cloth layer bonded to the decorative layer via a bonding resin layer;
- and
- a substrate resin layer fixed to the decorative layer while infiltrating gaps between fibers in the non-woven cloth layer, wherein
- a colored coating film with a cutout pattern is formed on one of a back surface of the decorative layer and a front surface or both surfaces of the non-woven cloth layer.
A manufacturing device for a decorative housing, the manufacturing device comprising:
- a fixed mold in which a laminate of a decorative layer and a non-woven cloth layer bonded to the decorative layer via a bonding resin coating layer is disposed with the non-woven cloth layer facing upward, the laminate being provided with a colored coating film including a cutout pattern colored coating film on one of a back surface of the decorative layer and a front surface or both surfaces of the non-woven cloth layer;
- a movable mold that moves toward the fixed mold to push the laminate into the fixed mold to mold the laminate;
- a second fixed mold in which the laminate is disposed with the decorative layer facing upward;
- and
- an injection molding mold that moves toward the laminate disposed in the second fixed mold, and an injection unit that injects a molten resin of a substrate resin layer into a space defined by the injection molding mold and the laminate disposed in the second fixed mold.
A manufacturing device for a decorative housing, the manufacturing device comprising:
- a fixed mold in which a colored laminate of a decorative layer and a colored non-woven cloth layer bonded to the decorative layer via a bonding resin coating layer is disposed with the non-woven cloth layer facing upward, the non-woven cloth layer being provided with a cutout pattern
- a movable mold that moves toward the fixed mold to push the colored laminate into the fixed mold to mold the colored laminate;
- a second fixed mold in which the colored laminate is disposed with the decorative layer facing upward;
- an injection molding mold that moves toward the colored laminate disposed in the second fixed mold;
- and
- an injection unit that injects a molten resin of a substrate resin layer into a space defined by the injection molding mold and the colored laminate disposed in the second fixed mold.
