A device and a method for preparation of polymer films having a predefined spatial structure

A method for producing a polymer film having a predefined spatial structure, the method comprising the following steps:

• a) preparing a polymer solution for the polymer film,
• b) providing a substrate for the polymer film, wherein the substrate conducts electric current,
• c) dosing the polymer solution between the substrate and a cylinder, wherein the cylinder has at least one metallic electrode evaporated thereon,
• d) spreading the polymer solution by linearly moving the substrate with respect to the cylinder (3),
• while spreading the polymer solution:
• controlling a movement speed, an acceleration, a height and inclination of the cylinder with respect to the substrate while spreading the polymer solution,
• and applying electric voltage between the at least one metallic electrode and the substrate.
