A method for modulating ATP release in a solid tumor comprising administering an antibody drug conjugate agent having the formula Drug-Linker Unit-Antibody (D-LU-Ab), wherein D is a tubulin disrupting agent, in an amount effective to induce apoptosis in the solid tumor.
A method of inducing immune cell migration to a solid tumor comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an antibody drug conjugate agent having the formula Drug-Linker Unit-Antibody (D-LU-Ab), wherein D is a tubulin disrupting agent, in an amount effective to induce immune cell infiltration into the solid tumor.
A method for inducing immunogenic cell death (ICD) in a solid tumor comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an antibody drug conjugate agent having the formula Drug-Linker Unit-Antibody (D-LU-Ab), wherein D is a tubulin disrupting agent, in an amount effective to induce immunogenic cell death in the solid tumor.
