Abstract
An injectable, flowable composition, kits that include the same, and methods of medical treatment of a mammal (e.g., human) that include the administration of the same are provided.

A composition comprising:
- (a) microparticles comprising an anti-inflammatory agent and at least one polymer, wherein the microparticles have a d90 of less than about 7 μm, wherein at least one polymer comprises a block copolymer comprising a polyethylene glycol (PEG) block, and the anti-inflammatory agent is present in a weight of up to about 40% the weight of the total polymer;
- and
- (b) a carrier vehicle;
- wherein the microparticles are substantially miscible to dispersible in the carrier vehicle. (New) The composition of claim 2, wherein the microparticles have a d90 of less than about 5 μm.

The composition of claim 2, wherein the anti-inflammatory agent is present in a weight of at least about 10% the weight of the total polymer.
