Abstract
Compositions and methods for treatment of conditions affecting skin and/or mucosal surfaces of a subject that make use of an imidazoquinoline compound and a retinoid agent are described.
Claims20
A composition, comprising:
- imiquimod at a final concentration of between about 0.1% (wt/wt) and about 10% (wt/wt);
- tazarotene at a final concentration of between about 0.001% (wt/wt) and about 1% (wt/wt);
- and
- at least one additional ingredient selected from the group consisting of salicylic acid, urea, alpha-hydroxy acid, and beta-hydroxy acid at a final concentration of between about 0.5% (wt/wt) and about 70% (wt/wt).
