Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods of delivering an agent to a subject. Further disclosed herein are methods of treating a disease or disorder in a subject. The methods may include administering to the subject a chondroitinase polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding a chondroitinase polypeptide in an amount sufficient to degrade glycosaminoglycans, and administering to the subject the agent. The methods may further include administering a hyaluronidase polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding a hyaluronidase.
Claims47
The method of claim 3, wherein
- the chondroitinase polypeptide or the polynucleotide encoding a chondroitinase polypeptide is administered in an amount sufficient to degrade a chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG).
A method of treating a disease or disorder in a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a chondroitinase polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding a chondroitinase polypeptide;
- and
- administering to the subject an agent.
A method of delivering an agent to a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a hyaluronidase polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding a hyaluronidase polypeptide in an amount sufficient to degrade a glycosaminoglycan;
- and
- administering the agent to the subject.
A method of treating a disease or disorder in a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a hyaluronidase polypeptide or a polynucleotide encoding a hyaluronidase polypeptide;
- and
- administering to the subject an agent.
The method of claim 36, wherein the polypeptide comprises a monoclonal antibody.
