Abstract
A bicycle light that is constructed and arranged to be supplied with input electrical power. The power can be supplied by multiple power sources, or not. When there are multiple power sources, the bicycle light includes a circuit that is adapted to deliver power to the light source from any of the power sources. The bicycle light can have an electrical power output, and a circuit that is adapted to deliver power to the light source and the power output.

A bicycle light that is constructed and arranged to be supplied with electrical power by a plurality of separate power sources, comprising:
- a light source;
- and
- a circuit that is adapted to deliver power to the light source simultaneously from each of the plurality of separate power sources.
A bicycle light that is constructed and arranged to be supplied with electrical power by a power source, comprising:
- a light source;
- and
- a circuit to detect one or more parameters of the power source.
A bicycle light that is constructed and arranged to be supplied with electrical power, comprising:
- a light source that is configured to be in an on state where it outputs light and in an off state where it does not output light;
- an electrical power output;
- and
- a circuit that is adapted to deliver power simultaneously to the light source and the electrical power output, and to deliver power to the electrical power output when the light source is in the off state.
