Abstract
High concentration antibody formulations capable of stable long-term storage are disclosed.

An antibody formulation suitable for subcutaneous administration to a patient, the formulation comprising:
- a) about 50 to about 250 mg/mL of an anti-CXCR5 antibody or a fragment thereof;
- b) a citrate buffer;
- c) greater than about 0.01% (w/v) surfactant;
- d) greater than about 50 mM amino acid;
- and
- e) greater than about 1% sucrose,
- wherein the pH of the formulation is about pH 6.

- a) about 100 to about 175 mg/mL of an antibody;
- b) about 10 mM citrate buffer;
- c) about 0.1% (w/v) surfactant;
- d) about 200 mM arginine;

- e) about 4.5 to 9% sucrose,
- wherein the pH of the formulation is about pH 6.
