Method and System of Rivering Filtration for Power Saw Machine

A power saw machine, comprising:

• a cutting head arrangement which comprises a cutting blade being driven to rotate for contacting with a work piece during a cutting operation;
• and
• a rivering filtration system for collecting operation fluid and filtrating residual particles in the operation fluid after the operation fluid is delivered onto said cutting blade, wherein said rivering filtration system comprises a filtration tray supported underneath said cutting blade, wherein said filtration tray comprises:
• a down-sloping channel for guiding the operation fluid from said cutting blade to flow along said down-sloping channel so as to land a larger size of said residual particle thereon;
• a filtration cavity which is capable of collecting the operation fluid from an exit of said down-sloping channel;
• and
• an overflow drain, located above said filtrating cavity, which is capable of draining the operation fluid out of said filtration cavity so as to filtrate the residual particles out from the operation fluid, wherein said rivering filtration system further comprises:
• a filtration lining defining a temporary collecting cavity therein, wherein said filtration lining is detachably coupled at said filtration cavity at a position that said exit of said down-sloping channel is extended to said filtration lining in such a manner that said filtration lining takes said place of said filtration cavity to temporarily collect the operation fluid guided from said exit of said down-sloping channel and progressively deposit the residual particles in said temporary collecting cavity thereof, wherein said filtration lining with residual particles receiving therein is capable of being removed from said filtration cavity so as to clean up the residual particles without contaminating said filtration cavity.
