## Abstract

A method for receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is discussed. The method includes receiving, from a base station (BS), control information; and receiving, from the BS, downlink data on an unlicensed band cell (UCell) based on the control information. Further, in case of: the control information received on another serving cell, the downlink data is received in a first time resource, and the control information received on the UCell, the downlink data is received in a second time resource, and the second time resource is smaller than the first time resource.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station (BS), control information; and
receiving, from the BS, downlink data on an unlicensed band cell (UCell) based on the control information,
wherein in case of:
the control information received on another serving cell, the downlink data is received in a first time resource, and
the control information received on the UCell, the downlink data is received in a second time resource, and
wherein the second time resource is smaller than the first time resource.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the another serving cell is a cell configured in a licensed band.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink data is received on a downlink burst configured in a certain number of time resources.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the downlink burst is configured in at least one first time resource and the second time resource.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the control information is received based on a pre-scheduling scheme, and
wherein the pre-scheduling scheme denotes a scheme to transmit the control information earlier than the downlink data.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein a starting time of the downlink data is determined based on a starting position or size of the second time resource.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein in case of the second time resource configured, a starting time of the downlink data, configured through higher-layer signaling, is invalid.

### Claim 8

A device for receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, the device comprising:
a memory; and
at least one processor coupled with the memory and configured to:
receive, from a base station (BS), control information; and
receive, from the BS, downlink data on an unlicensed band cell (UCell) based on the control information,
wherein in case of:
the control information received on another serving cell, the downlink data is received in a first time resource, and
the control information received on the UCell, the downlink data is received in a second time resource, and
wherein the second time resource is smaller than the first time resource.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The device of claim 8, wherein the another serving cell is a cell configured in a licensed band.
