## Abstract

Provided are an operation method in accordance with uplink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) of a terminal in a wireless communication system and a terminal using the method. The method is characterized by: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for indicating activation or release of uplink SPS; and decoding the DCI on the basis of a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) or a second RNTI. If the DCI is a first DCI for SPS for transmitting a signal to the base station, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the first RNTI, and, if the DCI is a second DCI for SPS for transmitting a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) signal, the DCI is decoded on the basis of the second RNTI. And the first RNTI and second RNTI are RNTIs that are different from each other.

receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) that has a DCI format 0 and that instructs activation of the uplink SPS from a base station;
determining whether the DCI is decodable using a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI);
based on a determination that the DCI is decodable using the first RNTI: determining that the DCI comprises an index of an uplink SPS configuration; and
based on a determination that the DCI is not decodable using the first RNTI: determining that the DCI comprises a cyclic shift value for a demodulation-reference signal (DM-RS).

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising:
based on the determination that the DCI is decodable using the first RNTI: (i) decoding the DCI using the first RNTI, and (ii) determining, based on the decoded DCI, a DM-RS cyclic shift field that indicates the index of the uplink SPS configuration; and
based on the determination that the DCI is not decodable using the first RNTI: (i) decoding the DCI using a second RNTI different from the first RNTI, and (ii) determining, based on the decoded DCI, the DM-RS cyclic shift field that indicates the cyclic shift value for the DM-RS.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the DCI comprises:
receiving the DCI through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or enhanced PDCCH (EPDCCH).
