Abstract
The present invention provides a compound of Formula II, and salts thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula II: wherein R is hydrogen or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, and wherein R3 is hydrogen, an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, or a halogen. Preferably the compound of Formula II includes wherein R3 is a halogen, and most preferably wherein the halogen is chlorine. Methods of treating a patient with cancer with these compounds are also provided.

A compound of Formula II, and salts thereof:
- wherein R is hydrogen or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, and wherein R3 is hydrogen, an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, or a halogen.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula II and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein R is hydrogen or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, and wherein R3 is hydrogen, an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms, or a halogen.
A compound of Formula III, and salts thereof:
- wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of:
- R2 is H or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms;
- R3 is H or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms;
- and R4 is H or an alkyl group having from one to ten carbon atoms.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula III and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
