Novel dihydropyrrolopyrimidines for the treatment and prophylaxis of hepatitis b virus infection

A compound of formula I,

• wherein:
• R1 is aminoC1-6alkyl, C1-6alkyl, C3-7cycloalkyl, carboxyC1-6alkyl, cyanoC1-6alkyl, haloC1-6alkyl, hydrogen or hydroxyC1-6alkyl;
• R2 is phenyl, naphthyl, or heteroaryl, wherein said phenyl, naphthyl and heteroaryl are unsubstituted or substituted with one, two or three substituents independently selected from 2-oxa-6-azaspiro[3.3]heptanyl, azetidinyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkylamino, C1-6alkylcarbonylpiperazinyl, C1-6alkylsulfonylpiperazinyl, diC1-6alkylamino, haloC1-6alkyl, halogen, morpholinyl, nitro, oxopiperazinyl, piperazinyl, piperidinyl and pyrrolidinyl;
• A is N or CH;
• and
• X is a bond or —C(═O)—;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or enantiomer, or diastereomer thereof.
