A compound having formula (I):

• including enantiomers, diastereomers, hydrates, solvates, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and complexes thereof, wherein:
• A is selected from the group consisting of
• E is selected from the group consisting of CR4═CR5 and sulfur;
• G is selected from the group consisting of N═CR6, NH, and sulfur;
• X is selected from a group consisting of (CH2)m and CONH—;
• m=0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen,
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen,
• R3a, R3b, and R3c are at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, and optionally substituted C1-6 haloalkyl;
• R3d is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 alkenyl, CO2R7, CONHR8, and OR9;
• n=0 or 1;
• q=0, 1 or 2;
• R4 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 alkenyl, CO2R7, CONHR8, and OR9;
• R5 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 alkenyl, CO2R7, CONHR8, and OR9;
• R6 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 haloalkyl, optionally substituted C1-6 alkenyl, CO2R7, CONHR8, and OR9;
• R7 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl;
• R8 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl;
• R9 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl;
• R10 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, cyclopropyl,
• CF3, and CHF2;
• and
• R11 is at each occurrence independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl.
