Abstract
The invention relates to a human asparaginase comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence depicted in Figure, for use as a medicament. Said asparaginase was found to lack intrinsic glutaminase activity. The invention further relates to a membraneous particle comprising said asparaginase, and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said asparaginase and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
Claims19
A method of treatment, comprising providing an asparaginase comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence depicted in FIG. 1, to a patient in need thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition, comprising an asparaginase comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence depicted in FIG. 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A membranous particle, preferably a cell or a vesicle, comprising an asparaginase having an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence depicted in FIG. 1.
