Claims9
A compound of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein:
- ring A is aryl or heteroaryl;
- G1-4 are each independently selected from C, CH, N, and NH, wherein at least two of G1-4 are independently C or CH;
- each R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, halo, C1-6-alkyl, and C1-6-alkoxy;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of H, halo, OH, CN, C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, halo-(C1-6-alkyl), di-halo-(C1-6-alkyl), tri-halo-(C1-6-alkyl), and (═O);
- R3 is halo;
- R4 is selected from C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-heteroalkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, C3-7-heterocycloalkyl, (C1-6-alkyl)-(C3-7-cycloalkyl)), (C3-7-cycloalkyl)-(C1-6-alkyl), bridged C7-8-cycloalkyl, (C1-6-alkyl)-C(O)O—(C1-6-alkyl), and (C1-6-alkyl)-(C3-7-heterocycloalkyl), each of which may be optionally independently substituted with one or two substituents selected from the group consisting of (═O), OH, C1-6-alkyl, C3-7-cycloalkyl, halo-(C1-6-alkyl), di-halo-(C1-6-alkyl), tri-halo-(C1-6-alkyl), C(O)OH, (C1-6-alkyl)-C(O)OH, aryl, and halo;
- or R4 is selected from (C3-7-cycloalkyl)-C(O)R5 and (bridged C7-8-cycloalkyl)-C(O)R5, wherein R5 is selected from the group consisting of N(H)C1-6-alkyl, N(C1-6-alkyl)2, NS(O)2—(C1-6-alkyl), and C3-7-heterocycloalkyl;
- m is 1 or 2;
