Image sensor, imaging method, and electronic apparatus

An imaging device, comprising:

• a first pixel including a first photodiode;
• a second pixel including a second photodiode;
• a first signal line coupled to the first pixel;
• a second signal line coupled to the second pixel;
• a first transistor coupled to the first signal line and the second signal line through a first node;
• a switch circuit coupled to the first signal line and the second signal line;
• and
• an analog to digital converter selectively coupled to the first signal line or the second signal line through the switch circuit,
• wherein a source or a drain of the first transistor is coupled to a predetermined potential and the other terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the first node.

An electronic apparatus, comprising:

• an imaging device including:
• a first pixel including a first photodiode;
• a second pixel including a second photodiode;
• a first signal line coupled to the first pixel;
• a second signal line coupled to the second pixel;
• a first transistor coupled to the first signal line and the second signal line through a first node;
• a switch circuit coupled to the first signal line and the second signal line;
• and
• an analog to digital converter selectively coupled to the first signal line or the second signal line through the switch circuit,
• wherein a source or a drain of the first transistor is coupled to a predetermined potential and the other terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the first node.
