Abstract
An image processing apparatus that performs a job of converting an image of a document into data and transmitting the generated image data includes: a display that displays a screen on which a user designates a transmission destination; a calculator that calculates a predicted time taken to perform the job under each of a plurality of conditions having mutually different setting values in converting the image into image data; a display controller that controls to display the predicted times individually calculated for the plurality of conditions on the display; and a job execution controller that controls to execute the job under a selected condition out of the plurality of conditions.
Claims10
An image processing apparatus that performs a job of converting an image of a document into data and transmitting the generated image data, the image processing apparatus comprising:
- a display that displays a screen on which a user designates a transmission destination;
- a calculator that calculates a predicted time taken to perform the job under each of a plurality of conditions having mutually different setting values in converting the image into image data;
- a display controller that controls to display the predicted times individually calculated for the plurality of conditions on the display;
- and
- a job execution controller that controls to execute the job under a selected condition out of the plurality of conditions.
A non-transitory recording medium storing a computer readable program to be applied in an image processing apparatus that performs a job of converting an image of a document into data and transmitting the generated image data, the program causing the image processing apparatus to execute:
- calculating a predicted time taken to perform the job under each of a plurality of conditions having mutually different setting values in converting the image into data;
- displaying the predicted times individually calculated for the plurality of conditions on a display;
- and
- performing the job under a selected condition out of the plurality of conditions.
