System and Method for Event Management

A machine-implemented method for event management, the method comprising:

• establishing a controlled content repository, the controlled content repository being securely and controllably accessed;
• establishing an access protocol for the controlled content repository;
• receiving an input for approving an item of content to be shared during a first event;
• storing approved content within the controlled content repository, whereby the approved content is stored in the controlled content repository according to the access protocol and whereby the access protocol comprises at least one set of alignment rules for determining if a first item of approved content within the controlled content repository can be made available to a first customer;
• and
• associating a first item of approved content within the controlled content repository with a first value of a first event property of the first event from an information management system.
