Network equipment operation adjustment system

Non-transitory, computer-readable storage media comprising computer-executable instructions, wherein the computer-executable instructions, when executed by a computer system, cause the computer system to:

• retrieve key performance indicator (KPI) goal data for a first geographic region;
• retrieve KPI data for the first geographic region and a second geographic region;
• generate a network score for the first geographic region using the KPI goal data and the KPI data;
• determine an adjustment to an operational parameter of a network equipment using the generated network score;
• and
• transmit an instruction to the network equipment, wherein the instruction comprises an indication of the determined adjustment to the operational parameter, wherein reception of the instruction causes the network equipment to adjust the operational parameter according to the determined adjustment.

A system comprising:

• a data store configured to store KPI data for a first geographic region and a second geographic region;
• and
• a network equipment operation adjustment system comprising a processor in communication with the data store and configured with specific computer-executable instructions to:
• retrieve the KPI data;
• generate a network score for the first geographic region using the KPI data;
• determine an adjustment to an operational parameter of a network equipment using the generated network score;
• and
• transmit an instruction to the network equipment, wherein the instruction comprises an indication of the determined adjustment to the operational parameter, wherein reception of the instruction causes the network equipment to adjust the operational parameter according to the determined adjustment.
