Abstract
An embodiment relates to a stator and motor, the stator comprising: a stator core having teeth; and a coil wound on the teeth, wherein each tooth comprises a body around which the coil is wound, and a shoe connected to the body, and the shoe comprises a plurality of grooves, and the width of the grooves, which are in the circumferential direction, is 90-110% of the width of a slot opening between the teeth. In addition, the motor forms grooves on the teeth of the stator, increasing the main cogging differential, thereby providing the benefit of significantly reducing the cogging torque.

A stator comprising:
- a stator core that comprises a plurality of teeth;
- and
- a coil wound on each of the plurality of teeth,
- wherein each of the plurality of teeth comprises a body, on which the coil is wound, and a shoe connected to the body,
- wherein the shoe comprises a plurality of semicircular grooves,
- wherein a center C1 of a lateral cross section of each groove is disposed to be spaced at a certain angle θ2 apart from one side end point P of the shoe in a circumferential direction, and
- wherein the angle θ2 is 0.45 to 0.55 of an angle θ1 formed by an end point of the shoe, which is adjacent to the end point of the shoe, and the center of a rotating shaft.
A motor comprising:
- a rotating shaft;
- a rotor comprising a hole into which the rotating shaft is inserted;
- and
- a stator disposed outside the rotor, wherein the stator comprises:
- a stator core comprising a plurality of teeth;
- and
- a coil wound on each of the plurality of teeth,
- wherein each of the plurality of teeth comprises a body, on which the coil is wound, and a shoe connected to the body,
- wherein the shoe comprises a plurality of semicircular grooves,
- wherein a center C1 of a lateral cross section of each groove is disposed to be spaced at a certain angle θ2 apart from one side end point P of the shoe in a circumferential direction, and
- wherein the angle θ2 is 0.45 to 0.55 of an angle θ1 formed by an end point of the shoe, which is adjacent to the end point of the shoe, and the center of the rotating shaft.
A motor comprising:
- a rotating shaft;
- a rotor comprising a hole into which the rotating shaft is inserted;
- and
- a stator disposed outside the rotor, wherein the stator comprises:
- a stator core comprising a plurality of teeth;
- and
- a coil wound on each of the plurality of teeth, wherein each of the plurality of teeth comprises a body, on which the coil is wound, and a shoe connected to the body,
- wherein the shoe comprises a plurality of semicircular grooves, and wherein a radius R of the groove is 0.9 to 1.1 of a distance D between the shoe of the stator and the rotor.
