Abstract
A display apparatus includes a flexible substrate and a first insulation layer disposed on the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate includes a bending area. The first insulation layer includes a first unevenness disposed over the bending area. The first unevenness includes two or more steps in at least a portion of the first unevenness.
Claims8
A display apparatus, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate;
- a first insulation layer disposed on the semiconductor layer;
- a gate electrode disposed on the first insulation layer;
- a second insulation layer disposed on the gate electrode;
- and
- a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed on the second insulation layer;
- wherein the first insulating layer includes a first unevenness located in at least one region of the first insulating layer, and the second insulating layer includes a second unevenness located in a region corresponding to the first unevenness.
